Walmart: Hershey's kisses special edition Pokemon 180 g $1.48 YMMV

YMMV, Looks like the special edition Pokemon Hershey's kisses promotion is over. Was at Walmart and saw that they had been marked down to $1.48, just a handwritten sign. I didn't believe it so I scanned barcode using the app and it came up regular price. Had a Walmart associate scan it and it showed $1.48. When I scanned at check out it came up $1.48 as well. I wasn't able to get a receipt to post for you.
