Walmart: Energizer Max 8 D cells $9 (Sighted at Kitchener Boardwalk, YMMV)

8 Energizer Max D alkaline batteries $9, seen at Kitchener Boardwalk location. Long version: I was looking for some alkaline D cells for kids toys and figured I could do better than the Panasonics at Dollarama. The best price I could find online seemed to be Great Value 8-packs for $10, but it seems like only some Walmarts carry that package. At one store I was passing, I could see the spot where they would have been, but the shelf was empty. At the Kitchener Boardwalk location in an aisle display, I happened to see that Energizer D 8-packs (and maybe C?) were on clearance for $9, so I picked up some of those. Not sure if other locations would have them at the same price or not; shelfaware doesn't show this clearance price at this location so I wouldn't rely on it.
