This is especially interesting because walmart.ca is selling it for over $30. Currently costco.ca has uber giftcards at 20% off. Stack both together and you're paying less than $23/pack and getting it delivered to you. Additionally you may have a special offer that gives you an extra 15% off if you try out a priority delivery order. That also stacks with this deal. I ended up getting 4 packs of Charmin Ultra Strong for $80 after discounts, plus tip. I do have Uber One though.
