Although the offer states that you must buy one product at regular price, this does NOT mean that items that are on sale are excluded. It simply means that you are buying one for whatever price it may be this week, and getting one free. Also, if there is a PC Optimum points offer for x amount of points when you buy 2, you will still earn these points. The price of each product is halved, and so it still counts as buying 2. This also means that you can use coupons on both items if you have coupons for it.
