Newegg: REFURB - Sapphire RX 7900GRE 16GB - $599.99

$600 seems like a solid price for the performance, and with FSR4 on RDNA3 cards now its a bit more viable. IIRC there aren't any comparable NVIDIA cards for this price anymore, new or used (prove me wrong!), this is about $200 cheaper than refurb 7800xt while being a bit faster, and the closest new card for this price would be the 9060XT 16GB (which is also solid and more modern but doesn't have the raw power this card has)
