You also have the option to spend $30 and get a $10 prepaid card. You must purchase the specified amount in one transaction, and you can upload your receipt through the link below. Once your receipt has been approved you will receive your prepaid card by mail. There is a limit of one reward per receipt, and a limit of 5 rewards per person for the duration of the promotion.
